But other than that it's a nice little community. The only reason for the 4 star rating is the main gate has issues at times but management tries to stay on top of it.

Are the gates you must wait for one to completely open then for the other to start opening, God forbid 🚫 that we ever have an emergency and rescue needs to get in. Truth of the matter is that people just tag behind a car that just clicked to open that gate. Last but not least are the speed bumps. I think someone went pump crazy with this they are annoying 😒 😤. Otherwise, the area is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to rent or buy as a starter. The gates are always broken and the dile pad at the front isn't working the association doesn't care to replace it. You can't see who you are calling the display is Cracked.

The houses are affordable because they were built in bulk somewhere else and transferred to this location. It's often confused for a trailer park because the houses can be moved even though they're not meant to after they've been set up.Three bedroom and two bathroom homes for sale for under $100,000 and for rent for under $1,500.The people are friendly and there's a decent sized pool open until 6pm in the center of it all. The pool area has plenty of shaded spots clean bathrooms and entertainment in the lounge. There's even a roof over several benches that are a great place to wait out the rain.The residents of this community put alot of effort into their yards. There are several elaborate and beautiful gardens throughout. The flowers often attract bees and wasps have been spotted though I haven't heard of anyone getting stung. And around sunset mosquitoes do come out to play until dawn so bug spray is must.Basically it's a good place to live if you're looking for a beautiful yet humble home and don't mind neighbors that love demonstrating that famous southern hospitality.
