It’s important for prospective residents to understand that living in a manufactured home park involves specific dynamics, including lot leases and community rules, which are part of the value proposition.

It is important to acknowledge that community living, especially within a manufactured home park, can have various experiences. While some reviews praise the value and location, one review from a former resident expresses significant dissatisfaction with past management, citing poor treatment and alleged racism against white individuals, particularly concerning the process of selling their home. This individual also mentioned challenges in selling due to management's influence on buyer approval and alleged attempts by management to acquire their home at a low price. This review suggests a need for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with current management and existing residents, to form their own informed opinion. While this specific negative experience is noted, the overall market presence and repeated sales by real estate professionals (as indicated by another review) suggest a functional and active community for many.

Nice park I'm a real estate agent and have sold in there half-a-dozen times!!Value and location..Affordable housing in disguise!!!
May 25, 2023 · MIKE VILLENEUVESo funny we owned and lived there for 9 years before escaping in 2017. I recently thought about how terrible management was there and how bad we were treated by the manager himself and his many family members that moved in during our time there. Very racist against whites. Selling was challenging due to him having say in who moves in when he himself kept asking us to sell to him/or family of his at a very lowball price. Finally after threat of legal action the 8th buyer was allowed to purchase our home above asking. I'm very happy to hear the place has only gotten worse before it was to late for us. Sorry to the people there forced to be stuck in that very little man's dictatorship. Also check out my 2017 review on there Facebook page. Such progress. Haha
May 27, 2023 · M DavisA lot of thievery, racism, kids screaming and playing everywhere. My bike got stolen about 5 months ago, and the renting prices per month are really, really high. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I first moved in about 12 years ago, there was a lot of friendliness, and good managers. No overpriced rents and haterism. A lot of thiefs and bad people live in this community. A lot of people here aren't really well mannered and kind. Very rude people here some times.
May 08, 2016 · DanTheFaNToo much thievery, drug paraphernalia/addicts, and management seems nice upfront, but when it comes time to get something taken care of/fixed they drag their feet. They also favor to their family members that live here in the park. Can't wait to sale and move. Pool hours also suck, it's still hot in September, after Labor day the pool closes at 5pm. We have no A/C units and it's still hot at 5pm, we should be able to swim when we want, I am a home owner and pay my part $. I don't think this is fair. Enough ranting for now.
Sep 14, 2015 · PeterbiltChickPeople here are way too loud, and occasionally I hear a guy scream a curse word when he's watching a sport. It's fine if you want birds to nest on the outside of your home and cats to wander on your land. Not a lot of friendly people here, really. I wouldn't recommend if you can afford to live in another place.
