My husband and.mother and lived there for two years and we never missed a rent payment until the manager started to inspect our home every other week . She told.us we had fix a bunch of things that renters are not obligated to fix like a bathroom that had a sunken in toilet. The entire home he been red flagged by the city before we moved in as being unliveable. We found this out later.in our lease from the city. We got worried and made plans to leave . They now want us to pay for the rest of the lease..even though they put eviction paperwork on us and were having us live in hazardous conditions. There were electrical,gas and plumbing problems causing the floor to fall through in the bathroom . If you're thinking about living here please don't.

It is a good place but what isn't mentioned:1) pipes are constantly breaking and the water has to be turned off, we had 2 days last year alone where water was off far into the night.2) the front gate is broken sometimes for almost a month and we have constant young people/homeless walking inside a supposedly gated community.3) rent is raised every year which I understand but with all the rent we pay why aren't the pipes fixed throughout the park instead of only when they break.
