★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have lived here for a little over 8years and have never had any issues. Ben, the property manager, has always been so helpful and easy to talk to. I am very happy to have him back and excited for the park to be well maintained.
July 07 · Andrea HernandezWhere to begin …. After stopping by multiple properties this was by far my favorite and it’s all because of the way I was welcomed by office staffDuring my visit a resident came in very disrespectful the manager Josiah handled it in such a professional manor , not only was he called out of his name but also very disrespected. He maintained calm, and handled the situation well.He apologized to me for what had just that occurred,Because of his management I am looking forward and considering this place my new home !!
June 18 · Teneah HernandezThey should rename it Unfriendly Village. They constantly harass us about our yard. It's not our fault that our yard is just mud and weeds! It was like that when we got here and it's only got worse over time. We pay more for a corner lot, but we constantly have stupid kids running and screaming through our yard because the school bus picks up right by our place. The park has never done ANYTHING about it. They can get on our case about weeds, but it's totally fine for the little kids to scream right outside our place when we're trying to sleep. It's also totally fine that the kids AND adults constantly throw trash in our dirt yard every chance they get. Before they started in with how we keep up the awful yard, they were up our butts about where we parked our cars. We paid $1800 for a slab of concrete to park on but then they got on our case for driving through 5 feet of dirt to get to the concrete slab. The stupid guy that was suggested to us by Josiah did an awful job so it's hard to park on it. He also quoted us a price and then upped his price because it took more concrete than he thought it would. Had he have actually made the slab flat with the road then it would have been easier to park on. But no, he had to make it raised up so it cost more and it's harder to park on! All kinds of people still park on the road and on landscaping at night so nothing is ever done to them. I've had to call the cops on the neighbors because they have damaged our vehicles. One time we saw them in the back of my wife's truck! Another time they sat on the hood of my car! Their trash is almost always overfilled and a lot of it ends up in our yard! But nothing ever happens to them. None of their cars are ever towed and they never get any criminal charges. I can drive up and down the streets right now and probably point out at least 20 vehicles that should be towed, but that's totally fine. Another reviewer on here stated that they are unfairly treated because they're white. Well, it certainly seems that way as far as we're concerned. We seem to get singled out a lot! When we go to the office to talk to someone, most of the time, no one is there. Then when we do talk to someone, they are typically rude to the point that it seems like they want you to knock them out so they have a reason to have you arrested and kicked off the property. They will blame their actions on corporate and then when you ask to speak to corporate, they will send you a form to fill out. If you fill it out, you will get an email from an outsourced Indian person. If you try to call them, you will reach an outsourced Indian person that will just take a message. Then, if they choose to get back to you, it will be the office manager, not corporate. Meanwhile lot rent just keeps going up and up. Our mortgage is a little over $300 but our lot rent is a little over $900. Meanwhile, the water is always going out and then they put notices on everyone's doors saying that you should boil the water before using it. The water always tastes bad and often times stinks. We have filters on our showers and kitchen sink as a result. Even then, we still have to buy drinking water because even after filtration it's still bad. One time they kept getting on us to pay lot rent online, so we did, and there was an error that lead to us losing $300. So now we use old school checks and they still like to try to convince us to pay online. Not happening. I would think that with all of the problems we've had that they would offer to move our trailer to Stoneybrook or another one of their properties, but nope. They demand that we pay to move it ourselves. Also, when people take their stupid kids to wait for the bus, they park in our yard! You know how annoying that is?! They have seriously put giant holes in our yard from their big trucks, but the park just keeps getting on us to keep up with our weeds. The big holes are currently filled with rain water, but that didn't stop the park from getting on us to deal with the weeds! Seriously, don't move here. This whole park needs to be torn down.
May 09 · Mike MI've lived here over 9 years and never have I had neighbors until now who will run over a cat twice in front of my home. Management really needs to do something about the stray animals around here, ridiculous. Other than that the park is great and Josiah is a reasonable man running the place never had an issue what so ever. Hell of a lot better than the last few managers we've had truth be told.
February 05 · Klayton KleinsasserWe were invited to one of their monthly events and it was so cute. They had food, games and cute little game prizes, along with candy bags for the kids. I thought it was really cool and my kids enjoyed their time
