Franklin Woods Mobile Home Park Reviews
Want to be forced to only use 1 internet company that’s 2-3 times the price for less data? Then this is the place for you. Local news covered this story. Not sure what the motivation is but the only thing that seems to make sense is the management is getting a kickback from AccessParks WiFi.
Apr 30, 2025 · Aaron meyersIf you’re looking to rent a trailer don’t go here. Please look somewhere else. My family lives there and the person who “runs” it doesn’t do their job well at all. Rent goes up for no reason, they charge for extra for having bikes being on ur yard, or lightpost that isn’t yours, they favorite a lot of the neighbors and whoever they don’t like they target. My family has lived here for quite awhile now and it’s beginning to get unfair, they can’t move due to not finding the right house yet or not enough money for the house, but they are trying. Please if you have a family and dogs, please go somewhere where “everyone” respects the rules.
Jan 28, 2025 · Lil Chaparita HI would give zero stars if I could! Seriously one of the worst places to live. PLEASE speak to residents before you decide to buy a trailer here!
Apr 29, 2025 · Annie HurdDon't do it. Dont move here. Talk to the residents, you will most certainly change your mind. The ppl who run this place are just money hungry & don't care about the residents.
Apr 30, 2025 · Jamie PruittThe pool is never open even though that is there main reason why you should rent here. Rent for a lot goes up every year, up 50 dollars this year alone. I'm paying close to 600 a month. That is ridiculous! You ARE expected to keep your lot perfect or get fined. If you purchase a trailer through them you are not allowed to move out for 5 years even though the park is infested with ants and cockroches. When you try to call the owners of the park to complain about an issue your call gets intercepted by the corrupt management. You can do much better than franklin woods. My advice is not to move in!
