My family first moved in 16 years ago. It was a nice park when doretta ran it. Now its trashy and the owners of the park do nothing to actually fix things. They cover it up with fake grass and a smaller pool. The office lady? Awful. She's rude and always smoking cigarettes. Our trailer is literally sliding into the creek and the owners dont care. The trees are technically lot property but they dont care for them either. They decide to randomly change rules, so crazy and when you complain or anything she just says we're the cheapest I have a list..... quality of life here has gone down tremendously but our trailer is too old to move so we're stuck at this awful place unless we sell. Tangent corp is a piece of crap. Highly dont recommend here. Also office hours are just suggestions i guess they close whenever they want.

Seemed like a nice park, but services are really lacking, and the neighbors all have their nose in everybody else's business. Management was rude the few times I dealt with them. The trash situation is just beyond belief and it's right out there in the open to see the first thing when you drive into the park! I wouldn't let my dog live here.
