This place has gone downhill. They up the prices and for the amenities they say they offer aren’t even worth it. Parks are outdated, the pools are never ready for the summer. The property manager an always seems annoyed when you call her with a problem, like she doesn’t even care about her residents. All these people want is money and could care less about their residents. Their security isn’t always seen either unless giving warnings or towing people cars. Do not move here unless you wanna go broke, get your stuff stolen or get treated like you’re an inconvenience. Wish my family and I never moved here. It was good at first but the new management is terrible.
Apr 18, 2025 · VI’ve lived in the park all my life (I am 18 now looking to rent somewhere else) to describe it in one word? A MADHOUSE. When I was younger there was a trailer next to us that was not occupied but the rent was paid by a older lady, a homeless man somehow figured out it was unoccupied and tried to squat in it!!! Police had to get him out, and I had a front seat to it as a teen, as well as other transients , I had a woman going thru mental problems RUN IN MY TRAILER right before my birthday party with just me , my little kid brothers and my mother.. I had to run to the knifes and tell her the get the hell out! And let me not get started on the property theft here.. we have had scooters, bikes and toys stolen off our porch we got our own cameras now, and I’ve had my dad get his toolbox stolen out of the bed of his truck after he is forced to park near the clubhouse.right in front of the NEW SECURITY THEY HIRED after not having any . if you don’t park there and run out of space on your drive way after 1 am THEY WILL TOW YOU, I’ve gotten towed 3 times, and it would be nice to get a warning? But not they chose my car and meanwhile everyone else had warning stickers , AND THE KICKER IS because we have a monthly contract, they legally can raise the rent ASTRONOMICALLY at the time of writing, it’s gone up to $800 and in my opinion the amenities like the pool , and parks are not worth the price.. the park equipment looks like it’s from the 60s, and it’s not even worth it when there are other parks like manzano mesa park and the big park down Juan Tabo with a huge slide.. sometimes you will find needles and dog poop all over the park. And the pool is filthy , they let it overfill and turn green.. before you come here think if it’s REALLY worth it because this monopoly of MHP will raise your rent monthly, luckily cause I make alot of money I CAN ALWAYS cover the rent but I fear if it keeps going up the way it is, it may be more beneficial to buy land outright in the country and just live there! And you still have to pay your own PNM bill , water and gas is included but.. it’s not cheap! Seriously before you actually buy a trailer here.. LOOK AROUND , find somewhere else better.. EVEN RIO RANCHO for these prices would be better and you get to rent out a house with a stable price that cannot change per month.. STAY AWAY.

I called to ask if there were any homes available for rent and the women who was clearly eating and slurping a drink replied “nope” then proceeded to mention they only rent spaces. I asked if we could put a new home on one of the spaces they rent and she again replied “nope we’re full”, all the while chomping on her food and slurping on her drink.
Feb 21, 2025 · Kayla CastroMy family and me lived there for 4 years and we never paid the rent late, then we sold the Traila and decided to buy another one from a different dealer and only rent the space and Leslie had told us yes at the beginning and showed us the place and a week later Since we had bought it, he told us that he couldn't rent it to us because his manager had reserved the place for him. We drove around and there were many spaces available. We asked for a smaller one and she gave us a different excuse, saying that we should bear the costs of $25,000 for the carport and other things. Just lies and handling the property as if it were their own. Only you never see her superior to complain. She handles decisions as she pleases along with the other bitter ones from the other office. Wow they need to live their lives happily and leave their frustrations behind.
