I am Kenn, so please disregard the star rating as I'd like to rebut the previous negative review.Anonymous Reviewer and I did have discussions for about 2 weeks in regards to him renting an RV site from me. I sent him an application to rent and had a difficult time getting it back from him. When he finally submitted it, there was absolutely no information provided to confirm his income, credit history or personal references. He left those lines blank. His renting from me was dependent on a credit worthy application. I never promised him the site without reviewing his application. I get lots of applicants for a small amount of sites all the time.I informed Anonymous that next time he needs to be more responsive to what is being asked of him and to provide way more information on applications to be more competitive against other applicants. - Kenn Jacobine Lisa Kirkpatrick

Based on the context of the owner's review, we can infer certain operational practices:

  • RV Site Rentals: Providing designated spaces for recreational vehicles, likely with essential utility hookups.
  • Application Process: A formal application process that may include requirements for income verification, credit history, and personal references to ensure compatible tenancy. This is a key operational service designed to maintain community standards.
  • Owner/Management Communication: As evidenced by the owner's detailed response, there appears to be direct communication from management regarding application statuses and park policies. This implies a proactive, if strict, approach to resident interaction.
  • Site Allocation: Management of a "small amount of sites" and a high volume of applicants suggests a structured system for site allocation based on established criteria.
  • Adherence to Community Standards: The emphasis on a "credit worthy application" and providing "more information on applications to be more competitive" implies a commitment to maintaining a certain quality of resident and, by extension, a well-ordered community.

  • Owner's Direct Involvement: The detailed rebuttal from "Kenn" (the owner) shows direct and personal involvement in the application and selection process, suggesting a hands-on management style.
  • Commitment to Community Quality (Implied): By being selective in the application process, the park implicitly aims to foster a community of reliable and responsible residents, thereby enhancing the overall living experience for those who are accepted.
