When I first moved in the rent was $350 now the rent is over $700. Neighbors are nice and the manager is friendly. If you have a complaint or concern she is on it right away. Not next week.

The water bill you receive is different each month and it's higher than normal homes. I do not recommend renting a lot here instead buy a house or get a condo, apartment.

As someone who will more than likely retire at Forest Park I do hope the rent does not go up anymore. I have no issue with the water bill although I do hope Virginia will be another state to ban Ratio Billing. Many states are doing so. I would highly recommend Forest Park. There have only been a few issues that I have had through the years and the office has always handled my concerns, again very few with concern and professionalism. I came from an A.J. Dwoskin apartment community and chose Forest Park because of how they handled the apartment at Woodlee Terrace
