The residents are very nice. I delivered packages to this neighborhood. Office staff is not very friendly. Very judgemental on the type of vehicle I was driving . She must not have been a KiA fan. Gate to get into the neighborhood does not work all the time. When you need to call the office to be let in , they do not respond, You have to back up from the gate and drive to the office , if in fact it is open to speak to someone to let you in. The older blonde hair lady is very difficult to deal with. I understand you have a policy to go by. Kindness goes a long way. Being rude is not good management. Good luck if you are a seasonal package delivery driver. My advice is to make sure you have a code that works and avoid the office older blonde lady. She needs to take a class in etiquette.

Run! Trash! Nasty!This mobile home park of trailer trash are rude, trashy, loud, obnoxious, and it's not worth your frustration.Kids just running and playing in the street without supervision.A bunch of squatters and crime.Trains run all the time right nextdoor.They allow RV's to fill in spots where trashy mobiles used to be, so it's very tight.The pictures are just two examples of trashy lowlifes that scream, cuss, are loud, rude, and obnoxious.Of course, if this is your type, be my guest because y'all need to stay in one place!

A lot of the low reviews pertain to the RV park and not the Manufactured Park. It would be wise to separate the reviews by sections. The Manufactured side is well designed with little flooding and great activities!

My opinions/..a lot of misleading & lying. With exceptions of a couple of small piers The lake is only available to residents who actually have a lot on the lake.The residents are responsible for the trees if all or part of them fall/The Large pool is closed more than it's open during winter months-always for extended periods of time ....for the most part,residents and their concerns are ignored
