The People + Owner + Manager are all Pretty Nice, if The City off Nfld got off their butts and did permits they've been holding back on for years now, the owner could actually get somewhere with turning this place into a flourishing mobile home park again. Instead they screw him over, his hands are tied, it's too bad. He's brought in New loaded trailers but the city Prevents him from renting them out, break-ins have taken all new appliances and he doesn't deserve that. All because the City's done nothing for him. For Years Now.... He's been good to the Tenants here, doesn't want them to lose their homes, to end up like So Many Other Homeless People. + The City Doesn't Care About Tenants Anywhere.... I was homeless for cple years and Nobody Really Cares... This Man Helped Me, when No Co.or city services did, I was just a number + disregarded......
