Although the facility is run down, the manager was helpful and did her best to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable.I understand that the property had been purchased and there are plans for expansion and to upgrade the property.I would definitely stay there again.
Oct 18, 2018 · KATHY SANCHEZI have never met such rude, inconsiderate, self-centered, inexperienced, owner/manager as this place has. I was looking for a place to park my RV close to the nursing home my Father was in to care for him so I signed a lease for "long term monthly" sent to me by management in a lot located in the front of the park. Two weeks later I was told I could not stay there as it was for short term renters. I agreed to move but told her I had no equipment to move my 5th wheel RV. Besides I had a deck to be installed before she would have the long term spot ready. She told me to go ahead and have it installed, that we would work something out. The day it was installed she told me to move that I did not have permission to put the deck up. Three days later I got an eviction notice to move to the long term spot within 13 days or move out in 30. On the 13th day, the long term spot still had no electric meter & made it impossible for me to move into so I packed up and left this place. Two doors up from me was RV's with ply wood skirting that looked very weathered and permanent to me in the short term renters area. This is discrimination & when I searched for a spot in other RV parks, they all told me they had none so I felt I was being singled out to reject. So, I had my son call one that had rejected me just 15 minutes after I was told none available he was allotted one out of 4 that was available. I think it's clear what happened there. This manager will go to all lengths including defamation of character to be in power of you and your whole life if you rent from her. This park is in a troublesome area of town, I know this because the sheriff drove through all the time, & needs a lot of maintenance on streets and the lots. There are gas pipes & electrical wires sticking up out of the ground. I hope the investors of this Success Management can be aware of the conditions in this Park. They might loose everything they have invested.

Then what do you know, we pulled into the place and there was all sorts of spots available. If ya wanna live trailer park style this is the place for you.
