I've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years with my husband and the owner is Jason Bibbee and he is A GREAT LANDLORD!!! ANYTIME a repair is needed & IS ACTUALLY REPORTED--IT GETS REPAIRED USUALLY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS--MAINLY IT IS IMMEDIATELY! EVEN HOLIDAYS!!! The neighborhood up here is friendly and does not aggravate you like others in other trailer parks do!!! It is trusty place for children to play freely--yet close enough u can still see & holler for them & them hear you!!! U can leave things outside & NOT be stolen!!! How many trailer parks u know u can do these things??? ME--NONE!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
