Apr 04, 2025 · Bryan BurgessIt looks horrible. When my family lived there the whole property was beautiful, the pool was AWESOME. THEY HAVE NO POOL AND THE PLACE IS A RUN DOWN DRAG!! Tears poored from my eyes from the very beginning of the entrance and most of my way back to my current Tennessee home. If I was rich I would volunteer to make Fair Way Villas beautiful again. But it also takes people that have enough heart and love to keep it that way.

There lazy and they keep this place like a pig sty they do nothing to improve the park. There all family the father skip is head of maintenance the daughter is manager. The daughter moves her lips that means she's lying, the father put all new interior doors In my house not one of them closed. I had to finish repairing the house just to move in, they promised to pay me and never paid me ($420.00) again another lie. This is what we live next door to its been empty for a week and when they did live there it was just as bad. The only bright spot in this place is Joy the mother she's honest and very kind.
