If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Fair Harbor is truly very nice. We lived there for a little over a year while my husband had a job going in Perry. Great location, amazing staff and oddly enough, I loved the laundry mat there. I only used the restrooms once, as I had my camper, but they were very clean and well taken care of. Propane fill up on site, you can even leave your tank and they’ll fill it that day, no waiting if you have other things to do. Shopping very close by and plenty of restaurants. It was so nice to get a text message anytime I had packages/mail to pick up. If you’re looking for a place in or near Perry GA, Fair Harbor is the place. Thank you all for watching out for our camper during times we had to be gone and thank you for “family” feeling and not just a business. If we’re ever back in the area, we will be back ❤️

I was fine with our stay at cabin D at the campsite but my wife wasn't thrilled about all the bugs and couple of spiders I had to kill while we spent a couple days there passing through. It's an older cabin but well stocked and a new shower stall. AC in the main room was kind of funny because there was an exhaust tube, that stayed hot, running from the floor AC unit to a window, that also stayed hot, and heated up the room while the AC was working hard to cool off the room. The older window model in the bathroom worked better. Loved the fire circle and Adirondack chairs around it. Covered porch was nice but needed a good cleaning. It also had a rustic picnic table and older grill on the side of the cabin. If you're looking for a resort spa package this probably won't be for you. If you've camped and stayed in RVs before and don't mind country, you'll be fine, as the cabin has all you need.

Fair harbor Campground was amazing. Each space had ample room. The grounds were well groomed and clean and the pond area was beautiful. Excellent shower facilities. Easy access off of I75. The staff was friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Thank you Fair Harbor for a great week!

Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground is hands-down one of the best RV parks we’ve stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-organized, and peaceful the entire place felt. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.The sites are spacious, level, and easy to pull into — perfect for both short-term and extended stays. The grounds are beautifully maintained with wide open spaces, walking trails, and even a pond that adds a relaxing touch to the atmosphere.The restrooms and laundry facilities were spotless, which is always a huge plus when camping. There's also a little store on-site that has the essentials, which came in super handy.It’s quiet at night, and the overall environment is safe, calm, and ideal for families, solo travelers, or anyone just looking to unwind. Whether you're passing through or staying a while, Fair Harbor truly lives up to its name — it’s a fair and peaceful harbor.Would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Rates are a little high but the convenience of getting off the interstate and settling down for a night makes it worth the money for us.Friendly and competent staff both on the phone and in person. Generous pull thru sites with all utilities working properly. Well maintained and a secure environment here. Despite the park's proximity to the interstate, road noise was not a factor.I dropped a point from Location as there are no restaurants within walking distance. Several restaurants are available on the other side of the interstate and the Office has a small store.
