Feb 23, 2019 · Justin PurintonI signed a lease to live here and went without utilities for almost a month then management refused to prorate my rent and now they are not communicating with me see you in court guys my advice is find somewhere else to live but avoid the trailer Park in Wathena because they own that one tooUpdate: is this an auto response from a computer? How can you improve things there well to begin with don't sign a lease with someone if you're not ready to provide utilities on one of your lots that might be a good idea. Hire only licensed electricians to do electrical work. If you blow up somebody's trailer, hey, replace the destroyed appliances and or have the trailer checked for damages by a professional and not by the same person that destroyed the trailer to begin with. Respond to communications in a timely manner instead of never. Don't force residents to take you to court in order to get an answer to a request for proration of rent during a time when you were in violation of the written lease. Just a few ideas.
