Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park Introduce
For RV enthusiasts across Tennessee looking to immerse themselves in the rich musical history of Memphis, finding a convenient and accommodating place to park their rig is often a top priority. Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park offers a compelling option, especially for those whose pilgrimage includes a visit to the iconic Graceland. This park aims to provide a practical and accessible base for exploring the city, particularly its most famous attraction. As with any travel accommodation, understanding its offerings and considering feedback from fellow travelers can help you plan the perfect trip. Let's delve into what Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park has to offer for local users in the Volunteer State.
Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park is ideally situated at 3971 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38116, USA. This location is a major draw, placing the park incredibly close to Graceland Mansion – in fact, it's just a short walk (approximately two blocks) from the King of Rock 'n' Roll's legendary home. This proximity means you can leave your RV parked and easily access Graceland, the Elvis Presley's Memphis entertainment complex, and all the associated museums and exhibits without needing to drive or find separate parking.
Beyond Graceland, the park's location on Elvis Presley Boulevard provides relatively good accessibility to other key areas of Memphis. Downtown Memphis, with its vibrant Beale Street, the National Civil Rights Museum, and riverfront attractions, is typically a 15 to 20-minute drive away. This allows visitors to experience both the unique atmosphere of the Graceland area and the broader cultural landscape of the city. While the immediate neighborhood surrounding the park has received mixed feedback from past visitors regarding its safety and noise levels (due to proximity to residential areas and loading docks), its primary advantage remains its unparalleled convenience to Elvis's former residence. Major interstates such as I-55 are easily accessible, facilitating arrival and departure for RVers traveling from various parts of Tennessee and beyond.
Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park is equipped to provide essential services for RVers, aiming to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
- Full Hookups: The park offers over 60 sites with full hookups, including 30 amp and 50 amp electrical service, water, and sewer connections. This is a crucial amenity for self-contained RVs, ensuring a comfortable stay.
- Laundry Facilities: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site, providing convenience for guests on longer stays.
- Bath Houses: Clean restrooms and shower facilities are provided for campers.
- Wi-Fi Access: Free Wi-Fi is available. However, based on customer reviews, the Wi-Fi can be slow or "practically nonexistent" unless you are close to the office, so it's advisable to have a backup plan (like a mobile hotspot) if reliable internet is critical for your needs.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rates: The park offers flexible pricing options, including daily, weekly, and monthly rates, which include electricity, water, sewer, and taxes, catering to various travel durations.
- Pet-Friendly: The park welcomes pets, allowing you to bring your furry companions along for your Memphis adventure.
- Propane Sales: Propane is available on-site for purchase to refill tanks.
- On-Site Office & Staff: The park has an office and staff, like Deidra who was noted for being "very nice and professional," to assist with check-ins and general inquiries. However, some past feedback indicates mixed experiences with staff responsiveness after initial check-in, particularly concerning package delivery and problem resolution.
Beyond the basic services, Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park offers several features and highlights, though it's important to consider them in light of diverse customer experiences.
- Unbeatable Proximity to Graceland: This is unequivocally the park's strongest highlight. Being able to walk to Graceland Mansion and its associated attractions is a massive convenience for visitors dedicated to the Elvis experience. "You do not even have to use your vehicle to see all the sites and museums."
- Convenient Access to Amenities: The park is "conveniently located near fast food, grocery and mall shopping. Most are within easy walking distance." This accessibility to everyday necessities can be a major plus for RV travelers.
- Tour Bus Pick-Up: For those interested in organized tours of Memphis and its attractions, the park offers the unique feature of having "tour buses that can pick you up right from our campgrounds!" This adds significant convenience for exploring the wider city.
- Security Measures: While not explicitly detailed, the official website mentions a "Secure Facility," and some reviews indicate a sense of security during their stay. However, contrasting reviews highlight concerns about the surrounding neighborhood, mentioning "Gun shots and police sirens were a common occurrence" and an instance of a "Molotov cocktail thrown at their place." This indicates a varying perception of safety among visitors, underscoring the need for personal awareness.
- Cleanliness: Many positive reviews commend the park for being "very clean and kept," and having "clean bath houses," which is a crucial aspect for a comfortable RV stay.
- Basic but Functional Amenities: While not a luxury resort, the park provides essential amenities like laundry and showers. As one reviewer noted, "It's not a resort but they don't claim to be either. Price was fair for a nightly stay."
- Southern Exposure for Satellite: The park offers "some sites with southern exposure for your satellite needs," which is a benefit for RVers relying on satellite television.

Elvis Presley Boulevard RV Park Reviews
Deidra checked us in and was very nice and professional. This place has full hook ups, laundry, and showers. Close to Graceland. Slow wifi but it worked. Had 2 quiet days and nights there. I have no complaints and would def recommend this rv park.
Jan 18, 2022 · Mary L MoorerThe park is nice! The office staff was friendly until they got paid! The wifi is practically nonexistent unless you are sitting at the office!! Laundry facilities are ok. Although the site shows a pool there is not one!! Neighborhood is a little sketchy!! Gun shots and police sirens were a common occurrence! There are Project housing on one side and the other side has loading docks that start about 4:00 am making loud noises!! The RV park’s caretakers had a Molotov cocktail thrown at their place when we were there!! They evicted a family with an autistic child because they refused to get rid of their dog! I moved closer to work one day before my glasses arrived in the mail and they would not hold them for me to pick up and returned them as unknown address!! We also had a big ant problem and they sprayed for fire ants in the field but not around the campers or for the other ants!! The campers shared power poles and they had one 50 and one 30 amp plug on the pole. One of the campers had to have an adapter because both were 30 amps and we were not warned ahead and had to go looking for adapters late at night!!After staying for a month we couldn’t got out of here fast enough!!
May 24, 2022 · Tonja BassalWe Spent 3 months here at the Park as my wife is a Travel Nurse. the park is a older run down park that needs a lot of upkeep and love! We never once used the bath house as I was afraid of the place in general! The managers are nice ,the owners are nice also but not willing to spend any money doing anything, the park has not been updated in maybe 25 years or more the paved roads are a disaster and the park is not even close to level. but we are thankful we had a place to park as there are no other choices within miles thats had any availability! We did feel safe and Welcomed.
Sep 24, 2022 · David CrairI was there for three and a half, I loved it very much, moving, Mrs. Detra is a love, and Mr. the administrators will certainly be my place of stay.
Jun 04, 2025 · Patricia LopezThis rv park is a Urban RV park. We are traveling and seeing most of America and will be staying at national parks etc. But we wanted to see Graceland and Beale Street. Both are in the city. This park gives you a place to park your camper and sleep, with hook-ups and a bathroom. Can’t ask for much more. The couple that runs the joint are really nice and the rv park has full-timers so it is real quite. We came on the 4th of July and had fireworks all around us. It was great. It is in a shady part of town but we felt fine and safe with our kids here. If we visit the town again on one of our journeys we will stay again. The bathrooms and showers were very clean they just need some updating but still very clean and that is what is important. The other reviews on here are harsh because for some reason I think people were looking for the country in the city. Our water hookup and electric were just fine, we zero problems.
