Do not move here. Management is low grade to put it nicely.I ask them years ago to trim three very tall and sick fir trees behind my house. They said it wasn't their property and had to contact the owners, but gave me no help in doing so. I took it upon myself to find out and low and behold guess who owned the property. I provided to them through county website that it's their property and not 6 months after I did so and they said they would look into it, a large limb fell on the roof of my house and damaged it pretty bad making a hole in the roof. I lived with my 86-year-old mother and was out of the country when this happened. Luckily she was connected with the county and was able to get a new roof put on fairly quickly after no thanks to Elmwood mobile home court. For the last 5 years or so this place has gone to s***. The rental agreement states rules about cats that no one follows and management doesn't seem to care. For instance no dogs over 40 lb and cats must stay inside. Loud neighbors literally with live bands in their house performing and the manager did nothing. I had to call the cops to get something done about it.
