4.0
The people were nice enough but the resort itself was seriously run down. The club house smelled like stale cigarettes and the pool and hot tub were full of leaves. The game room full of old broken pool tables, air hockey table and fooseball table were warped and rusty. This place needs someone to manage their hoa, they pay dearly for it and at the price they are paying it should be immaculate. Would NEVER stay there again. - Marcie Lowe
