I'll just tell you what I liked about it:I like the space that is beside the RV spots, a nice little grassy area for my little dog to walk and do his business.It's next to the cornerstones.Less than 30 minutes from a big city.Yeah, they are accommodating, definitely reasonably priced, right off the highway.It's convenient.Pluuuuus, being from San Antonio I saw snow for the first time here and even built snowmen with my fiancé !!I'll always remember this place.

They are trying to force her out even though she has lived there for years so that they can take the mobile home. They are praying on her. I am going to see if they have done this before and if they have made a pattern of this I'm going to oersue legal action.

This park, is definitely at the top of the list!The management is not overbearing or unreasonable ( they let me chop some fire wood on my spot and I made a bit of a mess with the wood chippings that flew everywhere, they never even said a word about it ) a couple times I was a few days late on my rent and they never hassled me about it.They even have fire pits and some extra firewood at no extra charge.Once the cold started setting in they built an insulated wooden box to keep the water facet from freezing.Real good people here.And One more thing, the place looks like it was layed out by a civil engineer, kind of like how Fort Scott Is in Kansas, with nice trees and nice grass in between each spot, level, aesthetically pleasing white gravel placed on the spots and on the places meant for driving on.A real good set-up here, AND all within walking distance of a dollar general, a gas station/A&W burger joint(drive thru available) a grocery store with fresh produce ( THIS IS A VERY FINE CONVENIENCE INDEED )ALL IN ALL there is no rational reason to not stay here if you are looking for a quality, decently priced rv park.-michael bullock
