Absolutely UNREAL the price that they charge the Tennant's ... Truly unbelievable for what they actually are. . Health Department needs to be on this situation. I don't live there thank God however I did visit someone ... Very clear they're all about Greed and getting and not anything about what they're giving .. rent cost and living situation - by far not an even trade ! I personally wouldn't have the audacity to try to charge that , not even half... Just sayin' I feel terrible for people that live there. They clearly have no other options, your best bet is to leave though.

Aug 12, 2024 · AMOMMYSLIFESTYLEI live there and the landlord and his wife are nice people well at least they are nice to me and whenever I need something fix they fixed it in a timely manner they may have old trailers but that is because people who rent there don't care about trying to help take care of the place they live in some people just trash the place while others do care plus even though the rent is high for what they have they are the cheapest rent in Maury county so even if you don't like the place please stop complaining and go elsewhere and pay higher rent and my God have mercy on you for putting others down for living in the only place they can afford
May 29, 2023 · Warren IngramMaintenance lacks much to be desired, pest control falls solely on tenants, whereas other locations' property owners usually provide pest control, personally I pay 1200/month, on a 4 week month, on a 5 week it's 1500 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath huge rotten spot in kitchen floor all he (the property owner) just put a piece of chipboard over it
