I have lived in Deserama of Comfort Communities starting in Oct of 2019 I can say I have made many very good friends people I believe are lifetime friends. It’s been Four & a half years as I write this. I have to say the current management team Elizebeth & Jamaica are amazing. I had a pretty major plumbing issue & they were on it immediately with a plumber the day I called them & they checked back with me through out the project & were very caring.As far as buying here? Being a Senior this is a 55+ community The hone was reasonably priced. My specific home I bought as a fixer upper which is what I wanted. I’m very handy. Many brand new homes are available too tho I was able to rehab my entire house just as I would want it its perfect for my needs even has a yard I have gardened in & put turf down too. So you are free to make it yours, your vision. The monthly rent is very affordable. Especially if you look at apartment pricing.With all things considered The convenient area, the superb staff , lovely units either new or for a handy man , affordable lot rent friendly neighbors that are more like friends , I didn’t even mention our stunning clubhouse w/ fitness center, pool table & TV area w/ internet. Asked my friend n his dad how they like it here and they been here few years . They really like it The neighborhood nice and quiet from what I noticed and was told. I been here in late afternoons and late r evenings tonight’s and the same atmosphere. To bad for me it’s age restricted 🚫 I’d love to have a chance to stay here but I got 20+ years til age wise that I qualify.

They don't offer nearly the amenities that other parks do and the lots are smaller. The location is good and the neighbors are very friendly. The ladies in the office are extremely nice
