The manager Monique is unprofessional, extremely rude and disrespectful and has no business being a manager of anything. She has discriminated against multiple people living in the park who are primarily Spanish speaking with very little understanding of English. She has made racist comments and has also knowingly falsified reports about supposed rules that were broken when they weren’t broken and she was just retaliating trying to get certain people who live in the parks rent to increase over paperwork she knew they didn’t fully understand as well and she would come up with new problems that were never an issue with previous management. She seems to enjoy exerting control in unethical and cruel ways and smiling and laughing while also raising rent for no apparent reason as a form of retaliation only on certain residents. - Joshua Spicer
