Deerfield Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is trash. Bed bug & roach infested. The landlords are slum lord's all they care about is getting their rent money. I've had a water leak for months now & I've tried getting the maintenance men over here to fix it & they have repeatedly refused to do their job. I've spent so much money on bug spray it's ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My family has been harassed the whole time we've lived here. I've tried calling the landlord & left several messages and never have received a call back. Not very professional at all when a tenant tries to do the right thing and call the landlord with a problem and they don't care enough to call you back.
Dec 13, 2021 · Brit HendersonI've lived here 3 years now. After the fires they wasnt many places to rent and we needed something right then . We were moving back from Virginia and so we picked us out a place and made it a nice home. Great management.Update:2022Under new management. Sep 07, 2022 · Bo EspinosaCan be noisy but over all ...$1200-$1400 rent but almost everything is new and the park is clean and the handy man Harold is very good
Mar 11, 2023 · crystal stewartThis place is a joke. The landlord, Gary Dixion is a complete joke. He's nasty himself. He only cares about himself and his money. I lived there for almost 5 months. Worst experience ive ever had. I had complaints the day I moved in. Everything I had problems with he would never fix. Not to mention the carpet inside of the place was so nasty. I shampooed the carpets multiple times and still they were filthy. The walls looked like they had never been washed down. The cock roaches were so nasty and so were the bedbugs. I have to say living there put me through pure hell. I would suggest no one to live here. It's not fit for anyone and the health department has been called multiple times on that place. Gary Dixion and his trailer park need to go. They're nasty and filthy people.
