DEER VALLEY RV PARK Reviews
Nice place. It was over 100° during our visit. The pool was really nice and relaxing. Gated dog area but other campers don't clean up after their pets 😒. They have a dog wash for all size dogs
Jun 24, 2025 · Michelle BLived at this park for almost 5 yrs .saw so many managers come and go through the doors it was like meeting a new one every other month . The last manager that was there... just terrible ,and I believe she is still managing the park her people skills could use some work. Very rude . We moved out of the park because of her. Wouldn't even recommend camping there for a weekend . The location is great for work for service techs. But the sites are very small !! most you can't fit you RV/Trailer and 2 vehicles
May 17, 2025 · Brian BishopI really have mixed feelings about this park. On the positive, the pull through sites were nice and large. The location within proximity to everything in the valley was great. Pretty much 30 minutes or less to everything. The overall grounds were well kept. The staff was very friendly. The laundry room was also clean with decent machines (just be sure to bring change as the are coin operated and you have to go to the office to get change). The negatives. First off, the neighbood is very sketchy. You have to drive by some broken down RV's on the side of the road (see picture). There are homeless people all around the area including tents right next to the park fence (see orange tent in the background of picture). That said, they didn't bother us and we only saw one riding a bike through the park. Otherwise, they were not a problem but it was always in the back of our mind. I know it is not the fault of the park but still something to consider. Another negative is the back in sites were pretty crammed together there was not much room. We had a pull through site but would have been unhappy with a back in. Finally, the park is directly under the landing path of the deer valley airport. There was a constant sound of airplanes coming in for a landing and a surprising number of jets for a small airport. One suggestion for improving the experience would be adding a gate to the entrance.
Mar 28, 2025 · Mark SkorupaCame for a business trip. It's an okay park with easy interstate access.. but there's homeless camps just off the property that no one seems concerned with, and the "free showers" are SO DANGEROUSLY HOT that you WILL burn yourself. Please don't let your children use the showers! I really hope management addresses this soon.. I got out of my showe with blisters on my scalp the water was so hot.
May 26, 2025 · Sarah BusinessThey said the pool was heated. That is absolutely not true. You should see the faces on even kids as they jump in! They jump out fast! My hubby swims in pretty cool water but even he wouldnt swim. The jacuzzi was foamy. Facilities (bathrooms, showers ect, are great
