Dayton Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
It's a great place to start, not a great place to live. Every other neighbor be it man or woman is aggressive on-site with strangers, visiting or a resident. It seems that certain homes do not have to follow the pet rules vs others. While having no standards as far as communication clarity, and management being considerate for residence. The 'owner' will never be known or seen to you, you are just a rent check to him. So again. Great place to start, as far as learning how to deal with landlords such as this. As it is unfortunately common. The management needs help and is far beyond her means of knowledge & capabilities being a uncertified financial advisor & reality manager.
