We've been to a few parks in Florida, but this RV Park is one if not the best place we have visit thus far. Customer service is top notch, facilities are clean and well kept. The pool relaxing and the RV park it's close to Legoland and other amenities. We thank Kelly for a facility managed professionally.

This is my second winter in this RV park. I booked for next year. I am so happy I booked for next year. I've seen a lot of parks. This one has friendly people who made me feel at home. The staff has been great. The staff has been very helpful. Would recommend this park to my family and friends.

We have been at Cypress RV and campgrounds for going on our 4th year. It is by far the best place to spend either your winter months or any amount of time. The management is friendly and listen to concerns. They have many great activities. There is something for everyone there..

We are at the end of our second winter here and have loved every minute! Many of the sites are seasonal, retired folks, but there are plenty of short term campers as well. There are alot of activities: heated pool, mini golf, bocce court, pickleball. Inside they have ping-pong, shuffleboard and a pool table for rainy days as well as a multitude f books, games and puzzles. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew takes good care of the park and requests are responded to quickly. We plan to stay again next season.

We reserved this campground in September 2024. They wanted all the information about our motor home. We told them that it is 45 ft. long with 4 slide outs. They even wanted us to send pictures, which we did. Our reservation was to start the first day of March until the end of March. Our problems started the day we checked in. The manager's name is Kelly. When we got to our campsite, which was a back-in. I used the couple next to us to tell me how far back to clear my slide out. Well, I went back and when I hit the grass my rear tires, including my tag axle, sunk to the axles. We got useless Kelly down and the first thing she told me was all the things she would not do. We were told that we would need to hire someone to come in and tow me out. She also said that her maintenance men could not help me, but did say that she would send them down, “sometimes they have good ideas”. Kelly also to me that she could not move us to a site that was for my motor home. We found out later that the site they assigned to me was for a maximum length of 40 ft. We leveled the motor as best we could. It was Saturday late in the day. We saw a guy come down and walk around the motor home and then walked off. He didn’t knock or ring the doorbell, just walked away. Well, I called a man that was recommended at the office. He was the previous owner of the campground and retired now. He said that he would come by and talk with miss Kelly. He came by on Monday afternoon and looked over the situation and told me it would be a big job. By Monday we had talked to someone else in the office and this person told us that we could get a different site on Tuesday that was long enough for my motorhome. I went and measured the new site and told the lady at the office we would take the new site. Well on Tuesday we went out for breakfast and then to Lowes to purchase the lumber and a shovel to remove the sand in front of the wheels and have something to put down for the wheels to ride on. That cost me $70.00. When we got back to the campground the maintenance men that Kelly told me that they could not help, had shoveled the sand and put down boards for the tires to roll on, and we got out on the third try. The two guys unhooked everything and hooked everything up at the new site. The neighbors next to us told us that they went to the office complaining about the customer service we got from Kelly and they might have mentioned that if we wanted to sue, that they would testify as the initial service, from miss Kelly. I do not sue. I told Kelly when she came down after we got stuck that all she would tell me was things they would not do. She even said to me that she did not get it stuck in a smart remark and I told her that she is the one that assigned me to a site that was not long enough for my motor home. I told her that my review was what I could do. Here it is and I am leaving this in every place that takes reviews. This is for the owners. In my opinion that miss Kelly is useless for a manager but would likely have the attitude to clean the bathrooms as long she was away from all the customers.
