Crystal River Mobile Home and RV Park Reviews
Just had 2 woman arrested for selling drugs with the address as this mobile home park. They had a lot of previous convictions so not sure if the vetting of this place for residents.
Jun 20, 2025 · L and CA bunch of run down, in need of repair mobile homes priced way too high with no shade to mention of from the sun.
May 31, 2025 · Laurie NorrisThe current owners are selling the land to make a large profit, which I didn't blame them. But the new owners coming in are going to raise the prices to an outrageous price so that the people who are living there will no longer be able to afford the lot fees. They are being forced out d/t the doubled/tripled lot fees that they can not afford.
Jan 17, 2024 · Mary SwainWell I don't live there , but it be nice if they're going to be on the internet to at least provide some information about the place. Like do they have long time parking, what kind of hook ups do the have for large campers, how much is it, there's all this negative reviews so are they going to write something positive. Just looking at what's here tells a person it's just a hole in the ground and places like that , well the people living there need just to contact the city to send somebody out to get answers.
Feb 01, 2024 · MarkThey raise rates on tenants and expect payment. They do very little maintenance to park. Their trees become your problems. They will let anyone move in. There are no plans or organization. Owners just sucking out cash till they sell.
