Was driving through last Wednesday as our family is looking into moving soon. Your Manager was outside in the street, at first I was afraid to roll my window down to speak with him. He has dark circles under his eyes from working 60 hours a week doing his best to make the neighborhood the best he can. He had several pricy chains on his neck & golden teeth. He took our information & $40 app fee for each adult in our family (7 of us) Said he'd get back to us with a move in date within 72 hours. Well, guess the joke is on us. We never received a call back at all. I've driven back through hoping to cash him outside, but all we ever encounter is police 4 to 5 deep. We were grossly misled & at this point he can just keep the money. Clearly this isn't a place we need to live. - Forever Blue Gem
