Jan 04, 2025 · James JohnsonExtremely poor management. We’ve had several negative encounters with management since residing in this mobile home park for 5-years. Each encounter has resulted in management texting my spouse with a power-trip. Management has chosen to have (2) individual park residents do the yard keeping for 87 mobile homes, “per his timeline”. They get yard debris all over our personal property, belongings, and vehicles, with no prior warning that maintenance is being done. Parking is insufficient, and the park has a contract with a tow company that comes through and tows cars parked on any part of the street claiming that it’s a “fire-lane” with no signage regarding such. Park rules indicate that residences upkeep their homes; but porches and driveways are full of garbage, storage, and broken down vehicles. Bums walk in and out violating personal space/ property. A change in management that can actually perform to expectations would help make this park more attractive.
