Very fraudulently run “RHP Properties” who own this park. Harassment to the fullest extent , extreme amounts of theft, impossible to pay lot fees as there is no assigned park manager here. The only vehicles infront of the building is the maintenance workers broken down personal vehicle and the RHP Property’s maintenance truck all the time (Photo below) , unable to pay lot fees online because of the corrupt website, spam calls, dark web privacy issues from data privacy leaks from their systems. They constantly throw their “lawyers” in your face whenever you speak up about an ongoing issue. There is a feral cat infestation going on here which they refuse to acknowledge you mail WILL BE STOLEN HERE within minutes. Ohhh and remember no one is at the office so you can’t talk to anyone. They also have a lien place on them by the federal government. ALSO BEWARE THEY BUY EVICTED HOUSES THEN LIST THEM AS BRAND NEW!
