### Services Offered
As a multifaceted residential property, Crestline Manor offers services that extend beyond standard lot rentals. The property is designated under three distinct types, providing flexibility in how residents can join the community.
Confirmed types and related service offerings include:
- **Mobile Home Park**: The core function, offering residents long-term sites for their manufactured or mobile homes in exchange for a lot fee. This service includes utility connections and property maintenance of common areas.
- **Mobile Home Dealer**: This designation suggests the community management or an associated entity sells new or pre-owned homes directly to prospective residents. Buyers should exercise full diligence regarding the stated condition and age of homes listed for sale.
- **Mobile Home Rental Agency**: The ability to rent mobile homes directly on-site provides an entry point for residents who prefer not to commit to a purchase immediately or who seek a more temporary housing solution.
- **Lot Fee Payment**: Lot fees are the primary payment required, though residents have reported challenges with online payment systems, indicating that direct or alternative payment arrangements may be necessary to ensure payments are processed correctly.
The service structure is designed to support the entire lifecycle of manufactured home ownership and residency, from initial purchase or rental to long-term tenancy. Effective communication and reliable administrative processes are critical to the success of these service offerings, particularly concerning lot fee collection and contract management.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Very fraudulently run “RHP Properties” who own this park. Harassment to the fullest extent , extreme amounts of theft, impossible to pay lot fees as there is no assigned park manager here. The only vehicles infront of the building is the maintenance workers broken down personal vehicle and the RHP Property’s maintenance truck all the time (Photo below) , unable to pay lot fees online because of the corrupt website, spam calls, dark web privacy issues from data privacy leaks from their systems. They constantly throw their “lawyers” in your face whenever you speak up about an ongoing issue. There is a feral cat infestation going on here which they refuse to acknowledge you mail WILL BE STOLEN HERE within minutes. Ohhh and remember no one is at the office so you can’t talk to anyone. They also have a lien place on them by the federal government. ALSO BEWARE THEY BUY EVICTED HOUSES THEN LIST THEM AS BRAND NEW! THE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET WAS BUILT IN 1981 and is listed as built in 2025. June 27 · Matt Nyrhinen
- I am at the 4 year mark living here. It started out badly. My first round I had a contract on a 3br. Financing approved, a week within closing and it was sold to a cash offer even while under contract.Fast forward: April stepped up, we worked through it and she helped me get into another trailer.Lot increases: I was informed and fully aware of annual lot increases. Not an unusual process. Average increase is about $25-50. And still, lot rent and mortgage are less than renting a run down single br apt.Property Upkeep: no sidewalks, most driveways in disrepair. Great playground area. Our new maintenance person is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Roads stay plowed in winter. Trees badly on need of maintenance and trimming.Overall I am happy here. Our property manager was on leave for several months but is now back and sincerely working to raise community standards and make this a nice community. She coordinates events like coffee and donuts, pizza parties and such for the residents and children and is genuinely nice.Yes I agree, the interim manager was a nightmare who did treat residents badly. - I was so happy to see that the manager was back. Since she has been here things in our community are looking so nice. she has a bad rap but she is doing really good. The people that have so much bad to say are upset Kris makes them follow the rules. July 10 · Liv T
- UPDATE (8/1/25)Since my initial review in July, we got our much needed repairs done by RHP & their contractors. We are much happier now and we can now enjoy our home. The park manager has always been so nice to us since before we moved in. And if there is an issue we cannot resolve together, she reaches out to RHP for further assistance. Furthermore, Crestline Manor has an office on site, that is open 5 days a week where the monthly resident appreciation events take place as well. I love these events because it gives residents an opportunity to mingle with other residents and chat with the staff here.Lastly, the grounds that are not resident lots, are well maintained by the groundskeeper.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We moved into Crestline Manor a little under 3 months ago.I have wrote this review 3 times now before posting because there has been so much going on within our home from poor repairs prior to move-in, combined with subpar repairs after move-in. We are still waiting on a major repair that is causing additional damage to our home along with many other things we have had to live with, while we wait for replies from emails management sends requesting for repairs. These issues were all reported within the same month of moving into, what was supposed to be our very first home, as a family. We spent a lot of money moving into this place and even though, we are trying to make it a home. These issues persist which is not allowing us to enjoy our first home as a family nor able to invite guests over. Please RHP, make this right! August 01 · Pilar
- I have lived here for 6 years and my son and his family has been here 6 years also. April was the manager when we first moved in they have been lying to us about different things since then. April told us the rent would stay the same and never change but every year it has went up 50 + dollars since. The trees are never trimmed. Sidewalks are raised and cracked. I'm disabled and have fallen numerous times. Dogs are constantly off leash running around the park. When my dog is never off leash. Cars parked on Sidewalks. What you need to do is buy mine and my sons trailers back for 30,000 more than what we paid. Or give me the manager position in the office. I would do a much better job than the women you have hired March 06 · Rose Goldstein
