★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you’re looking for somewhere to move, turn away and don’t look here!! PLEASE!! Management is very rude and loves to make up rules when they feel like it. You should post warning or add a sign and paint the sides of all the roads red with labels if you’re going to use the excuse of not having any cars parked because it’s a hazard for emergency vehicles. How bout announcing it and marking the whole road properly and correctly? What a joke this management is. It’d be nice to get an email or a letter announcing that you’re making up new rules so everyone is properly informed, wouldn’t you say? Thanks for the waste of time.
August 07 · Calixto UzuraI understand that we can’t park on the road now. You guys didn’t have to damage my property. I have to go get my window repaired because the tow truck service that you guys work with damaged my car window. My car wasn’t towed, but they did damage it when they passed by the neighborhood in the afternoon. If this is the type of thing that’s tolerated from those you work with then that really sucks. For those coming to the open house or looking to move into one of these properties, be careful with your car please so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.
June 26 · J MCrescentwood Village...one of the nicest and cleanest communities I've seen. Great job Sariah.
April 20 · Pedro BalcazarVery nice place. A lots of tree 🌲 look better. In my opinion. Is not luxury but look like a peaceful place for older people.
June 15 · Tempo de música Jessica BiancoSnow removal is a joke, have to wait until 9-10am at times to have the streets plowed so you can drive out. Even if it stopped snowing at 8 PM the previous night. No street facing window A/C allowed meaning with the unfortunate layout of my home I have two rooms that are baked all day in the setting sun which can not have an A/C unit to keep them cool. Its been 80-85 inside the home with those running, and I now have to remove two units facing the street because "it doesn't look pretty" Not to mention they inform you of the rule in the middle of the hottest summer months. Each year the lot rent goes up and up more than what most jobs give you for an annual increase. I now pay 2.5 times more than when I originally moved in. You forget to mow the lawn one day and they are harassing you the next to get it done. They charge you an arm and a leg in rent so they can keep the front office looking nice, and keep it cool, but do not give a damn about you or your living conditions. Don't ask for help or assistance if you lose your job, or come across a hard time. They have no empathy for you or any situation you have. They only want your money.
