Creekside Estates Reviews
I love my neighbors but other than that I regret living here. There is constant water issues with the park and you may get a surprise extra $100 for water and sewer on your lot rent that month. There is no parking provided for visitors and if they attempt to visit you their vehicle will towed at their expense in less than 5 minutes upon their arrival. Please be advised of this because there a no signs posted on the street to inform of no parking. The speed bumps are so huge they will eventually wear out your suspension even if you creep like turtle over them (yes, they are that big!). If you are fortunate enough to catch the manger in the office and unable to stand for long periods, bring your own chair because none are provided to sit in to wait a half hour for her to finish her personal phone call. Every year my lot rent has increased by $40/month.

Jul 28, 2023 · robert fagThe new owners are terrible! We've had two or three different owners in the time I've lived in the park. The new owner is rude and hard to get in contact with.
Mar 14, 2025 · Maddy DekkerThe maintenance guy woods i belive his name is it is amazing nice friendly and beyond helpful love him!! Also the new manager Migdalia Rodriguez is also beyond friendly and she actually plans on doing stuff for this community and not just upgrading the clubhouse. Love her too. I think they are both a great addition to this community and they will have this place looking a lot better.
