Not bad yard size for a trailer park. Those were the pluses. I feel the negatives far outweigh the positives. The office isn't clearly marked and I inadvertently knocked on a private resident's door. Office staff was rude. Maintenance staff was rude. There was no designated parking, yet someone yelled at us for parking in the wrong place. Before you are even approved for the park you are forced to pay your eventual EVICTION AND COURT FEES?! I understand quiet hours and curfews but you are NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE YOUR HOME FOR ANY REASON AFTER 9PM?! Heck, when we were young 'uns playing outside we stayed til the streetlights came on; which could be 9:30 in the summer! No COOKOUTS ON A SUMMMER EVENING WITH FAMILY, FOLLOWED BY ROASTED MARSHMALLOWS W THE KIDS! Wouldn't want to get grandma evicted! (Even though she already paid her eviction fee!)

Don’t rent from them 3rd day I was there I had boxes of stuff to unpack and they said if the trailer was not cleaned I would be kicked out. They told the mail man not to put packages in the mailbox but to bring them to the office. My wife needs her meds to live. Then they said the mail didn't bring them. PLEASE FONT RENT FROM THEM.... I didn't want to give them one star because they don't deserve it. They are rude and very nasty. Mr. Forster is very nasty and talks to people they are trash.
Jan 08, 2018 · Dana RoweBed bug city this place is full of bedbugs same with circle park in Kings Mountain, they are becoming a huge epidemic everywhere so thoroughly check any new place. Also when I lived at creekside the water coming from the bathtub would be fine until the bath was half full then it would turn a murky purple/brown color and when drained there was dirt sediments at the bottom of the bathtub. In the living room/ kitchen area there were ants bad, been there since day one. In the living room we definitely had mold and mushrooms growing out of the window Payne on the inside, I know it sounds nuts, but this is no exaggeration. If you want to rent from slum lords in bed bug city be my guest, if not steer clear of Creekside and Circle Park. Buyer/Renter beware.
