Creek Valley Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is falling apart. Management who also manages the Bedford hills area seems to have the goal of cleaning it up and making it better but they have a long way to go. Many Trailors look 3/4's of the way toward condemnation (in both parks) and they are having (looks like many) issues with people complying with park rules. For those place- There is a dumpy side and a nicer side.
Sep 05, 2024 · Erica JonesCant have basketball hoops, utility trailer, a boat or trailer. Can't have fire pit. So don't move here. Worst park in battle creek, new owners don't even know their own rules and regulations. Took them 2 years to say no basketball hoop, said they didnt see it, been in the same spot for 2 years. well the park is not safe here. Not child friendly, no pools in your yard. Go live in a apartment, you will have more rights!!
Apr 15, 2024 · Christopher SalyersIs usually a peaceful place unfortunately some areas have neighbors who like to take advantage of others. And don't respect privacy hopefully that will be a matter of the past very soon otherwise we have plenty of wildlife visitors. Duck, geese, and cranes every year is always a pleasure everyone owns their trailers here and we have a camp ground next to Bedford road . Spring early summer we have opossum and baby skunks which are so adorable this is an ideal place to set up home the owners of this establishment are very kind as well as our maintenance person who is usually very helpful we love them all. Personally this is my home and I plan to spend the rest of my living days here . Renting the land is reasonable not over priced ideal for those with a strict budget. It's usually very comfortable living style here. Very much appreciated.
Mar 22, 2022 · Pamela MillerA great place to live. I lived here for 7 years a few years back. We had 2 places in here at that time. I got in a bad deal buying a house and called Jeff at Creek Valley within 1 visit I had a home to live in and knew this is where I wanted to be again. It"s peaceful and quiet. Jeff and Julie are great people. I love it here.
Mar 07, 2018 · Deborah SparksThere's sewage spilling into my yard since I got the place a few months ago and no one wants to do anything about it and the management threatens to call the police every time you complain it's horrible here
