Located just north of the Tri-Cities area, this well-maintained park is designed to cater to both transient travelers passing through on major regional routes and those seeking a longer-term base in Franklin County. Established in 2008, Coyote Run RV Park has built a strong reputation for offering a tranquil and well-organized environment, proving that a location close to major transit can still feel like a peaceful retreat.
The park is celebrated by guests for its commitment to cleanliness and professional management. Reviews consistently highlight the tidy grounds, easy check-in process, and the friendly nature of the staff. This commitment to maintaining a superior standard of tidiness and customer service is a key factor that sets Coyote Run RV Park apart from other options in the region, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for everyone from the weekend camper to the long-haul driver. It’s recognized as an excellent spot for either a quick, necessary overnight stop or an extended stay to explore the surrounding Central Washington landscapes and attractions.
Coyote Run RV Park accommodates a total of 82 sites, thoughtfully designed to handle various types and sizes of RVs, including large rigs with tow-behinds. This capacity ensures that while the park feels manageable and secure, there is often space available for travelers needing a clean place to settle. The park’s layout is efficient, featuring a mix of pull-through and back-in sites, many with ample room for slides and outdoor setup on the provided gravel and asphalt pads, complemented by irrigated grass buffers—a welcome green touch in the arid Eastern Washington climate.
The prime location of Coyote Run RV Park at **351 E Hawthorn St, Connell, WA 99326, USA**, is one of its most significant advantages for Washington travelers. Connell is positioned directly off **Highway 395**, a major north-south corridor, which allows for extremely easy access and departure. Connell, while being a smaller agricultural town, serves as a gateway to the diverse attractions of the Columbia Basin and the Tri-Cities (Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick) area, which is only a short drive away. For those interested in local flavor, nearby attractions like the Country Mercantile, a popular local market, are easily accessible. Furthermore, the location serves as a suitable hub for those looking to explore Washington's natural landmarks, including the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge, Palouse Falls State Park, and Potholes State Park, all within a reasonable driving distance. The park’s setting, combined with excellent road access, positions it perfectly for both quick stops and recreational stays.

Coyote Run RV Park Reviews
After coming from one of the worst RV parks we’ve ever stayed at, pulling into this place felt like a breath of fresh air. Check-in was simple and smooth—no confusion, no attitude, just friendly people who clearly know what they’re doing. Our site was clean, level, and beautifully maintained—you can tell they take pride in keeping things nice here. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the whole park had a calm, welcoming vibe. It’s amazing what a difference it makes when a place is actually run well. This is how RV parks should be—organized, tidy, and stress-free. We’ll absolutely be back.
September 04 · Chelsea DuttonVery clean all around. Woman who takes care of grounds very friendly and nice and works very hard. We stayed 8 nights and wanted to leave a day early but Randy said no refunds. I could see if we cancelled after a day but stayed a week and just wanted to head out a day early. Don't think it would have hurt them to refund one day. It is what it is.
August 15 · Lynne HeadmanAwesome place truly love it. but can you keep solicitors out. Had to jump out of bed at 8pm to see who was knocking on the door.I’m all set on bibles. and young randoms walking into my screened awning to knock on my door.Didn’t know they could do that here. DO NOT APPRECIATE.
August 30 · shelby MCoyote Run is a Great place. It's very well kept, clean clean, nice showers, bathrooms, laundry room. The management is very friendly. We loved staying here and will let everyone knowThank you Coyote Run RV Park 😊💖
July 21 · Cathy KenisonHad a pleasant interaction with the lady who works there. She made it seem like it was what we were looking for and little people there unti we drove past. Called back to clarify a couple misleading things and was met with Randy who we instantly got a bad vibe from with his tone and overall lack of hospitality especially since we were just about to pay $250 to stay. Decided to call another place called Sage Hills RV and Golf Resort which is 30 minutes away and was met with the kindest manager who did a deal for $200 and had way more to offer. Definitely worth the drive. Screw coyote RV park. Mannerisms and tone really do matter.
