The neighbors next to me on each side are a delight, that's the only nice thing I have to say about this place. The Mexicans at 867 are incredibly noisy and rude, I have contacted management about this but of course they are incapable of doing anything. The most annoying and petty thing is when the grass around my house is an 1/8 of an inch to tall for the management, they send me a yard violation notice. It's unbelievably annoying and entitled to continually increase the price of the lot rent just for them to ALSO demand that you take extremely tight shift watch on what's essentially their land that I pay for.

Have a huge problem with my yard, talked to Chad who's in management but haven"t heard anything back. I know there"s several water problems in the park but once the drainedge line company came in the yard dried up. My rent is paid in full on time every month, all I'm asking for is to get what I"m paying for. Please and thanks Deb
