County Line Trailer Park Reviews
This place is horrible all they do is take your money and never fix what they say they will. The suppose landlord is always hard to get a hold of and once you do it doesn’t mean he will do anything for you on three separate occasions I ask him to fix the flooring of the bathroom he never did only placing a piece of wood under the floor the lift it up. Ask him to fix the door he said if I paid rent early he would have someone out within the week. No body came he didn’t answer my phone calls or texts for two days, this wasn’t the first time he did this. He came up with the excuse that the guy he paid ran off with the money. Also the water keeps shutting off for hours because they aren’t managing it properly and this happens more then 20 times in a year. Unless you are desperate which they hope for never buy or rent here.

Dec 05, 2024 · Joann PindThis company represents the worst trailer park I've ever seen. This is one!Capital Planning Law, PLLCI told the person that answered the phone that there was a problem with the property and the property manager. He is verbally abusing several of the tenants and using the N word as if he was black he is white..Some are senior citizens and children. There are code violations and health code violations all over the property. They have been alerted. Again!I needed to speak to the owner of the property or the registered agent to try to rectify the problem. I was told that I could not speak to the registered agent or the owners lawer?????Or the owner. Then they hung up on me.It was very apparent this company does not respect men, women, children or animals that live on the lower income propertys they represent. The conditions these unfortunant families are subjected to live in is appalling. My recommendation Is that no one should ever move in here or any property that this registered agency representsunless your a rat.The agency's name is...#capitalplanninglaw,PLLC ,Capital planning law, PLLC,You can check who represents your property on sunbiz.org.This property owner will be held accountable for their inaction. MMW lawyer on Case.
Jun 26, 2021 · Dan ManI just got off the phone with code enforcement and the health department who told me they are thinking of making a public health notice about these people. No I'm not kidding. Don't waste your time. They are slumlords asking for far too much money.
