The monthly lot rent has increased exponentially over the years and has gotten way worse since new management. Just a few years ago lot rent was under $600 a month and it has ballooned to over $1000 a month now. This is with literally 0 upgrades or improvements and slow responses when assistance is needed. Avoid at all costs!
May 23 · Lindsey JonesI have lived here since 2014 and this place has had its ups and downs but recently I can say that with the change in management this neighborhood has gone from bad to horrible. If you ever consider living here don't, management has sent many letters to the residents of here with ridiculous rules that don't make sense with one for example being that your pet isn't able to be outside in a gated house without your supervision and if they find out your pet is outside without you they send a picture of your pet and letter to your house complaining about it. There's more things also that happen here to but to your own risk consider going somewhere else.

We came to her with problems over the years and nothing ever happens. Shes horrible at returning your calls, well she never returned our calls or our realtors. We couldn't be happier to be out of this place, in my opinion stay away!
August 18 · Samantha RezaHorrible place.Run away.Pay more somewhere else.The place is infested with bugs and thugs.I would give zero stars but can't.Filthy and disgusting park.The manager Erica is dishonest, rude and disrespectful.She is racist against non Hispanic people and practices nepotism.She has family members that live in the community that are allowed to harrass other residents and nothing happens to them.The pool is not supposed to allow children under 18 without a parent or guardian but that's exactly what they do in violation of insurance requirements I'm sure.It ruins the pool experience.There is also all kinds of traffic in and out of the dirty little trailer park , quite sure there is a drug ring of some kind in Countryside Village .The Longmont police police don't care and won't help either.Must be a family member on the force .The whole place and the connections need to be investigated by the state of Colorado attorney general's office.It's a disgusting cesspool.
