Do you have the need to feel welcomed in your own home? Relaxed? If this is what you need, then DO NOT LIVE HERE! These women that run this place are HORRIBLE!!! They come into your house when they think you are not there!! They have been busted on SEVERAL occasions doing this!! LANDLORD TENANT ACT anyone?!? I’m sure that is Greek to them. Bottom line, live in your car before living here! Seriously!! If I could give negative stars, this place would be deserving of such an honor!!

She was very kind and professional and took the extra few minutes to allow my kids to show her their rooms/toys❤️ We also traded some recipes lol. The neighbors are awesome, the management is awesome, and our home is everything my family ever wanted. I love that Tonya and Lisa like to get to know their renters on a personal level. They are both amazing. I can’t wait to see what the future will hold for us here!❤️❤️❤️

We have been looking for a place that would make us feel safe and give us a fresh start, and we both go truly believe we found the perfect place at Country Side. I look forward to signing our lease tomorrow and finally having a peaceful, clean, and new place to start over in. Last year my mom lost her mom, I lost my Nana and my mom lost her husband/my dad on Father’s Day. Tonya was so kind and compassionate and was eager to get us started on our new path to healing and happiness! The trailer park itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and its overall peaceful. Definitely move in here if you can afford it! amazing deals!
