She threatens tenants and evicts people to sell their homes out from under them. She calls police daily. She walks around with a stun gun and pepper spray hoping to use it. She has assalted several tenants phsyically to try to get into a fist fight. The water is contaminated and the sewer leaks. This place should be shut down and the manager and owner jailed like the criminals they are.
