Country Village Mobile Park is a 55+ community. It is a wonderful, peaceful place to live. The mobile spaces are larger than those at most parks. I love that I have a garden again, and room for my dog to run around. There is a decent size park area where one could have a picnic. Best of all, space rent is reasonable. The community is 4 miles out of the city, so it has that country feel. Five Stars !

My biggest problem with the park is that it has been under different owners quite often and they keep raising the space rent. This is a retired person's park and we are mostly living on Social Security which doesn't keep up with the rent raises. We have no clubhouse or pool and very few amenities.
