Folk's helping out each other means the most. The speed bumps are a little rough on the low cars lol but nothing to complain about. The Landlord makes the this a 5 Star in my opinion.

Children's towels & swimsuits &toys they use everyday should not be penalized. Nor should people who need to take care of vehicles. It makes it even harder on folks who are trying to make ends meet while living in the community. I've found neighbors friendly & helpful mostly.
