Services Offered
Based on the limited public information and general mobile home park operations, the following services are typically offered in such communities:
- Lot Rentals: Mobile home parks primarily offer land lots for rent, where residents can place their manufactured homes. This allows individuals to own their home while renting the space it occupies within the community.
- Community Management: A mobile home park typically has management responsible for the upkeep of common areas, enforcement of park rules, and addressing resident concerns.
- Utility Access: While not explicitly detailed, standard mobile home parks provide hookups for essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity to each lot. Residents typically pay for their individual utility consumption.
- Waste Disposal: It is common for mobile home parks to provide a system for waste management, often through communal dumpsters or curbside pickup services, contributing to the cleanliness of the community.
- Neighborhood Upkeep: Management generally maintains common areas, roads within the park, and landscaping to ensure a pleasant and tidy environment for all residents.

Sep 09, 2021 · Meghan LivesayDecent small mobile home park, usually quiet. Close to Food City, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and Sonic. They are excessive on speed bumps, could damage and or knock your alignment, possibly damage other suspension components, even at posted 10 mph limit down to even 5 mph. Too strick on year of home, quite alot of rusty and damaged trailers, yet wouldn't let bring in an older home that looked better than alot of the current homes.
