Country Meadows Manufactured Introduce
For many individuals and families across California, the search for comfortable and community-oriented living often leads to exploring options beyond traditional single-family homes or apartments. Manufactured home communities, commonly known as mobile home parks, offer a distinct lifestyle that can blend affordability, a sense of neighborhood, and unique amenities. This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of Country Meadows Manufactured, helping prospective residents in the California region understand what makes this park a place to consider calling home.
A manufactured home community, or mobile home park, is a residential development where individual homes, built in a factory to federal standards, are placed on leased or owned lots. These communities typically feature shared amenities, common areas, and a management structure that oversees the park's operations. They are designed to offer a cohesive living environment, often fostering a stronger sense of community among residents than can be found in more dispersed housing types. Country Meadows Manufactured embodies this concept, striving to create a well-maintained and comfortable living space for its diverse residents in the growing city of Ontario.

Country Meadows Manufactured Reviews
I hadn't wanted to write a review until I had lived here for a while to see if everything people say is true. And the truth is that no. We moved here with my family more than a year ago and we have lived very comfortably, the community is very nice, it has a large green area for pets and children, it is very clean, very safe, very quiet, the houses are very large, spacious. I see that many people complain about the manager named Martha but, living here for more than a year, I have never seen her, I spoke with her on the phone maybe 1 or 2 times at the beginning to see some things about the contract and that was it. Yes, maybe she's not very friendly, but as long as the outside of your house is clean and in order, I don't think you have anything to talk to her about if you don't want to. Yes they are strict like any other mobile home community for example that you keep it clean outside, but I think that's it. It is true that last year they turned off the water maybe 2 or 3 times because there were leaks but they fixed it quickly and there were no major problems. They also turned off the gas, I don't remember if it was once due to a big leak but it was also solved soon. It is true that there is a tow truck that comes and can take your car if you leave it outside, but there is no need to leave your car on the street. This community is huge, it has many parking spaces for visitors and the only thing you have to do is send an email to obtain permission to park your car. The only thing I could really complain about is the rent because it is really expensive and if it goes up every year we are currently paying $1875+gas+electricity+garbage+sweeper.I do recommend living here. At first, before buying my house, I also read the reviews and I was scared by all the bad things that people said, no one wants to live in a place where you live in so much fear, but I came and talked to some people and I could see that sometimes they exaggerate, keep it clean and you won't have problems.
Feb 25, 2025 · Mary LunaI saw how cheap and nice these Manufactured homes are in this park so then I thought I would do some homework before I buy. After reading the reviews here and on Yelp, I said Hell No , I know now why these homes are cheaper then any other trailer park. My gut told me to stay away, and this Poor excuse of a person named Martha, sounds Terrible Property Manager. Bottom Line Looks easy to get in, but Sounds like a Nightmare to get out. Dont Come here People.
Jan 23, 2025 · Mike HernandezPLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! I moved here about two years ago with my kids to a brand new unit. The place itself is nice and clean. My unit was brand new so no issues there. The atmosphere is terrible, you will be constantly harassed by the maintenance team and the infamous Martha the manager. I’ve gotten notice to remove items from my area, which might not be a big deal. But then you go around the unit and see other people using the SAME plant edging without a problem. If they want they will find a way to harass you for issues you see other tenants getting away with.At least once a month you will lose water or gas or power. You name it because the old infrastructure is falling apart.4 days ago they turned off water and gas. I’m close to 72 hrs without gas. I’ve called more than 40 times, that’s right !! And emailed over a dozen times more and they just send a condescending response. Thought they expect you to miss work 2 days in a row because someone over 18 MUST be there for them when they decide to come. That’s correct you are punished both ways for their shortcomings. Rent is not cheap. You would expect better customer service. The good reviews are not real. I mean yes they have a pool and a community center and the place is clean ( everything is falling apart) but unless you’re looking into just that this is not a good place to be.
Apr 18, 2024 · Daniela Rodriguez"CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION" Unprofessional mobil home community. Always shutting off the water and the power off for many hours. They have a woman as manager named Martha with very rude attitude and she is very unprofessional. Rent is very expensive and every year it increases by at least $60 dollars. You have to watch your vehicle or they will have it towed even from inside of your driveway. They even would cut the grass of your yard without letting you know and charge you $300 more on your monthly bill. The people of the administration become more corrupt every day and this place is getting worst. They fixed the pavement on the streets inside the park without even letting us know that we were going to ger charged for that, They just included it on the monthly bill and it's been more than 10 years already and we are still getting charged for that every month. They even wouldn’t let you sell your mobile home without first giving you a long list of things you need to fix first, if you don’t make those fixes to your house they won’t let you sell it. Definitely the worst place to live.
Feb 18, 2025 · Fany DiazSpace rent is now at $1,650 and keeps increasing every year by $100! Office never answers your calls and ignores emails. And closed weekends, even when your having emergency’s!Please read all the reviews carefully and listen to your gut!! The good reviews are spam by corporate or their employees or employee friends, and it’s soo obvious! When I'm doubt go knock at some a few residences doors and ask them directly about the place before moving in!!! This will save you time don’t move here. I moved out after terrible year leaving there. Please reconsider.Research BBB complaints and other souces and see for yourself!
