Lived here two years. This park is probably the 2nd best trailer park in Oakland County. Quiet, clean, and reasonable staff. No barking dogs, no piles of poop, nice landscaping. Only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is the marijuana smell. It’s fairly common, and quite strong. Other than that, great place to live.

When we moved in in 2014 and still does remind me of being in a campground. Laura, office manager is the best. The owner is pretty much always on site. He takes good care of this park. Just missing a pool and workout room. 😀😀

I am used to parks that make you mow it before it gets too long. I went to look at a mobile home that was for sale. It needed so much work. I was surprised that it had not been torn down. It was clear to me that all of the windows leaked.
