We just recently purchased a home in cottonwood oaks mobile home park and so far we love it here!The park manager Tara is great🙂She is very down to earth and easy to get along with.This park has come a very long way from what it was before.I had a friend who lived here about 6 years ago and it was a mess!The new owners along with the park mangers have really put a lot into making this little community a much better place and we are happy to call this our home!So a big thank you to Tara and Candace both for being so welcoming and friendly and always having a smile on their face and never hesitate to answer any of our questions or concerns.I highly recommend checking out cottonwood oaks mobile home park if you are looking to purchase a mobile home.It took about 4 weeks from the day we did the first viewing of our home to the them handing us ours keys.

She listens and hears us out while still having us abide by the rules!!! She's cleaning up the park and I'm starting to feel safe again!!! Thank you Candace for being the manager you are!!! Hope you stay here we need you!!!The awesome Easter Egg event in the park was the first that I've seen since II been here... was AMAZING!!! And thank you to Eric for the wonderful BBQ!!We need MORE park events...

We have lived here over 9 years and she is by far the best manager we have had. I am disabled and she comes to me each month to pick up my check for me. They have held events here that have helped me clean up my yard and trees and debris. The people moving in seem to be nice not the drug addicts we're used to seeing with some of the other managers. Montecristo homes is finally doing something right and it's working. We feel more like a community now and in big part that's due to Tara and Candice.
