Lol don't let my opinion stop you from moving your mobile home to this trailer park! You could experience how it is and how the land lady is yourself!

I went 3 weeks in December with no water cuz park line busted.. she refused to fix it and didn't care about my problem having no water running to my house... remind you we have kids in our home.. so I bought the piping glue and fixed the water myself which only took about thirty mins.. i showed manager receipts and took pictures and she refused to reimburse me for any of it.. and I believe would have probably not fixed it at all if not done myself.....manager does not follow rental laws and shows no concern or care for tenants staying in park..worst park I ever lived at...don't recommend to anybody would never stay there even if you paid me..
