Corinth RV Park Introduce
Welcome, fellow Mississippians, to a focused look at Corinth RV Park, a facility located in our very own Corinth. For those of us who enjoy the RV lifestyle, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stop, knowing what to expect from a local RV park is essential. This article aims to provide a factual and informative overview of Corinth RV Park, based on publicly available information and customer feedback. Our goal is to help you decide if this park is the right fit for your next RV adventure in Northeast Mississippi.
Corinth RV Park is situated at 308 Co Rd 604, Corinth, MS 38834, USA. Its location places it within the general vicinity of Corinth, a city rich in history and local charm. From a broad perspective, being in Corinth means that the park is within minutes of shopping, dining, historical landmarks like the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center, and state parks such as Big Hill Pond State Park or Tishomingo State Park. This offers guests the convenience of accessing local amenities and attractions.
However, it is important to address aspects of accessibility and the park's immediate environment as reported by some visitors. Reviews indicate concerns about the general upkeep and potentially challenging conditions within the park itself. One customer described the park as "a mess" and "just a field that is not kept up," noting that the "sewer didn't have a cap on so it smelled." Another review mentioned "muddy" spots and a "run down and outdated" appearance. While the general address places it conveniently to Corinth's offerings, the immediate surroundings within the park may present certain challenges in terms of comfort and aesthetics.
Based on the available information, which includes critical customer reviews, the services offered by Corinth RV Park appear to be minimal and may not consistently meet standard expectations for an RV park. While the presence of an RV park implies certain basic services, the provided reviews highlight deficiencies rather than positive offerings.
- RV Sites: The park presumably offers sites for RVs, though their condition and maintenance are a point of concern as described by guests.
- Hookups: One review mentions a "sewer" connection, indicating that hookups for waste disposal may be present, though issues with a missing cap were reported. While not explicitly stated, basic water and electrical hookups are typically expected at an RV park, but their reliability or condition is not confirmed and could be affected by the reported lack of upkeep.
- Long-Term Stays: The observation that "it looks like the 12 trailers that are there on the hill live there" suggests that the park accommodates long-term residents, distinguishing it from purely transient RV campgrounds.
It is crucial to note that the reviews explicitly mention an office with "bars on the windows with nothing in it but an old mattress on the floor," which suggests a lack of active, customer-facing amenities or a staffed reception. This indicates that traditional services like a welcoming office, restrooms, or laundry facilities may not be reliably available or maintained.
Given the critical nature of the customer reviews, presenting "features" and "highlights" in a promotional sense is challenging while remaining factual. Instead, we will address notable aspects, including those that may be perceived as drawbacks based on the provided feedback:
- Proximity to Corinth: A factual highlight is its location within minutes of Corinth, offering access to the city's resources, shopping, dining, and historical sites. This remains a geographical convenience for travelers in the area.
- Potential for Long-Term Residency: The observation of permanent trailers suggests the park may serve as a long-term living solution for some individuals, which could be a specific need for certain locals.
- Concerns Regarding Safety and Upkeep: It is important to highlight that multiple reviews express significant concerns about safety and the general state of maintenance within the park. Comments such as "It is a mess," "not kept up," "didn't even feel safe spending the night," and "Place was run down and outdated" are critical points for prospective visitors to consider.
- Absence of On-Site Management Presence: The description of an empty office and a lack of visible, responsive staff presence implies that immediate assistance or management oversight may be limited, impacting the guest experience.

It is advisable to use these contact methods to confirm current conditions and available services directly before making any plans to visit or stay.
For locals in Mississippi, Corinth RV Park presents a unique set of considerations. While its location near Corinth offers general access to city amenities and local attractions, the consistent negative feedback from recent customers regarding safety, cleanliness, and overall park conditions is significant. For Mississippians seeking a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained RV park for either short-term stays or long-term residency, it is crucial to temper expectations. The park's suitability for locals largely depends on individual priorities regarding cost versus comfort, amenities, and perceived security. If you are specifically looking for a very basic, no-frills, potentially long-term parking solution in the Corinth area and are prepared for the conditions described in customer reviews, it might be an option. However, for those prioritizing a clean, safe, and fully serviced RV experience, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate current conditions by contacting the park directly and potentially visiting in person before committing to a stay. We encourage all our Mississippi neighbors to make informed decisions for their RV travel plans.

Corinth RV Park Reviews
We just stayed at this so called RV park on March 28. It is a mess, office has bars on the windows with nothing in it but an old mattress on the floor, this is just a field that is not kept up. We did not even feel safe spending the night, some guy came out of no where and asked us if we wanted our camper washed, said he was trying to make some cash. There are mailboxes when you come in and it looks like the 12 trailers that are there are on the hill live there. Sewer didn't have a cap on so it smelled. Will never return or recommend.
Mar 31, 2025 · mary vanderwilpShowed up, spot was full that we had selected on the company website due to another camper selecting that spot because the spot that they first had selected was muddy. So we had to stay in the muddy spot. Was a guy walking around the park with his hands down his pants behind my wife and daughter! Place was run down and outdated.
Mar 03, 2025 · Stephen CarpenterI was pleasantly surprised. It’s nicer than the pics show. Found it interesting they had sewer and power but no water hook up. We only stayed over night. Also, it’s cash or money order. Wished they did venmo or cash app. But they have multiple pull through spots… looked like most of the people there were long term residents. Few people I came in contact with were friendly. And a very quiet park. Fit our 38’ with no problem.
May 04, 2023 · Kelly KnightThis place has so much potential. Sad thing is the sewer lines were all backed up. There office is in town. So no staff onsite.
May 27, 2025 · Ellen BlakleyWe booked a site online here, but were not able to reach the management company for this park with the listed phone number here or on their website. Both are the same. The park is nice enough but at our site the sewer did not work nor did the water, and all the management company told us was to move to a different spot, but we were already set up and only staying one night. There was a different phone number at what looks like an office on a sign posted there, but it was not really an office. It was somebody’s apartment. We will not be staying here again.
