Described by visitors as "nice, neat, clean," with a particular appeal for "those who have boats and like fishing," Core Creek Marina RV Park/Lodging is poised to become your go-to spot for exploring the beautiful Crystal Coast from a unique vantage point.
Core Creek Marina RV Park/Lodging caters to a specific desire among our local North Carolina community: the longing for a well-maintained, accessible waterfront retreat. It's not just about parking your RV; it's about unlocking a world of fishing, boating, and coastal exploration directly from your doorstep. The "very nice people" associated with the park contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, even as the park continues to grow and improve. While some aspects of a stay, such as check-in/out times or unexpected natural elements like ants (which can occur at any waterfront location and are noted as needing treatment), are part of the authentic outdoor experience, the consistent feedback points to a commitment to covering the "basics...nice, and clean." This focus on fundamental quality, combined with exciting plans for future enhancements like a growing marina and potential restaurant, makes Core Creek Marina RV Park/Lodging a noteworthy option for any North Carolinian looking for their next coastal escape.

Core Creek Marina RV Park/Lodging Reviews
This is a nice, neat, clean, expensive campground which is best for those who have boats and like fishing. Very nice people. We had a boat tour in Beaufort, NC, and the company canceled the night before because they didn't meet a minimum of 12 people. We had 6, and that tour was the only reason we were there, so I asked for a refund since we were checking out, not needing the extra day. There was only one other motor home, but they were only willing to offer a credit for a future stay. I don't imagine I will go back to that area.Be aware. Check-in and out is 9AM. Also, we got an rv full of ants from this overnight stay. They are located right at the water, and we noticed they were all over the gravel and sidewalk. Now they are all over us! Honestly, this can happen at any location but does need to be treated. There are no niceties here, but the basics are covered, nice, and clean, and they appear to have plans to grow and improve as well.

May 28, 2024 · Michelle PelayoGreat prices, beautiful brand new boat launch with deep water and low current, great people. Heard they're building a restaurant on the ICW soon😄
Jul 04, 2017 · david clarkRichard is an absolute crook. I rented one of his cabins. After I payed for the cabin he then tells me about a surcharge for linens and WiFi. He charged me $40 for linens. When I got to the cabin it was filthy and there were no linens. He finally brought me linens and towels around 10pm. After I checked out he ran my CC for extra money saying I broke his bed and the blinds. In the end he received no $ at all!!! That’s what you get for trying to rip people off Richard. Also the camp ground is right under the bridge; it’s loud every time a car drives over it. There is nothing scenic or peaceful about this place.
Mar 20, 2024 · Adam LWhat a dump! There are zero amenities. They advertise a shower facility, nope!, 1 shower. They charge $49/week for wifi, that seldom works. And the reason I left early-the place hires felons. The kind I don't want my wife and daughters around.I would not go back, even if it came under new management. There are much nicer campgrounds in Moorehead City.
